A representative came and took us through the security system, and then asked if we had some interest in solar. We did, but hadn't pursued anything yet. He made a presentation; we were sold! Process was fully explained. Installation went smoothly. Had a malfunction that the warranty covered. Repairs handled expeditiously. We had one hiccup that caused a few headaches in that we had two different plans that were approved and the correct plan was not initially installed, but once we realized the error everyone was very quick to get it resolved. read less
